Description of the Item

Settee in Mahogany with velvet cushion. Settee is supported by 6 spindle legs and the backrest can be easily removed to transform the sofa in a bench seat.

Settee in Mahogany with velvet cushion. This settee is a work from the Restoration (1815-1830) Period. It inherits the use of Mahogany from the French Empire period, but is more charming and useful. The lines are also more soft with a curved back and carved front rail.

The removable and dual sided backrest makes this item a very versatile seat. Settee can be used either as a settee along a wall or may be used as a bench.
